Working for my friend, Arthur, one of the most talented and sought-after event and floral designers in New York and the Hamptons, I'm constantly exposed to new designs and entertaining concepts. For weddings in particular, it seems like people are always looking for something unique that will captivate their guests and create long-lasting memories. People often focus on florals, photo backdrops, entertainment, or over-the-top food stations to craft an event that will wow.
For the right wedding, I think that cookie cottage table scapes could be incredible--and I've never seen it done before. For a spring/summer wedding, why not create an edible village, each table having its own cookie house complete with a growing garden of real flowers? For a winter wedding, a snowy village of glowing cottages could create next-level ambience. And everything could be customized. Have a cherished family summer home you want to place on your parents' table? A share house you rented every summer with friends to place on the friends' table? The bar you met in for the head table? A cookie church for the dessert table? All completely possible. Each table could have a unique theme, with coordinating cookies at each place for your guests. You could even have mini cookie cottages for people to take home!

If you're planning a wedding (or any other special event), love cookies, and want something 100% unique and personal that no one will forget, Edible Architect can help!
